How it works:

  1. Choose Get Lean or Get Bulk. Scroll down for more information for each meal type.

  2. Select number of meals per week desired for the month (4 weeks).

  3. Add to cart selected meal plan and fill out survey.

  4. We will customize and select meals for you every week from our rotating menu based on your answers.

  5. We’ll cook, you focus! Expect fresh, high quality, and locally sourced foods without having to lift a pan.

  6. We deliver. Expect your meals to be delivered every Monday, 7PM-9PM. Pick up options are available.

  7. You’ll Receive it. Heat it. Eat it. Each meal caters to a balanced profile of proteins, carbohydrates, and fat. Enjoy!


WEIGHT LOSS

This is the perfect plan to lose body fat the healthy way! These meals include less carbs, are not shy of healthy fats, provide a good amount of protein and a variety of delicious veggies.

General portion sizes of LEAN meals:
Protein: 4 oz
Carbohydrates: 1/2 cup
Vegetables: 1 cup

Macro Breakdown of LEAN meals:
Protein: 15g-35g
Carbohydrates: 15g-50g
Fat: 10g-40g


WEIGHT GAIN

This plan is all about them gains! A common misconception of bulking is to eat, eat, and eat some more with disregard for sugar, carbs, and salt. Our bulk meals are clean, healthy, and delicious.

General portion sizes of BULK meals:
Protein: 6 oz
Carbohydrates: 1 cup
Vegetables: 1 cup

Macro Breakdown of BULK meals:
Protein: 35g-50g
Carbohydrates: 30g-80g
Fat: 20g-50g
